How To Return
Vanitize value each and every customer and our team are committed to resolving your issues. We ensure that all items are thoroughly checked before being shipped to our customers. If you have any issue regarding your order, kindly contact us at contact@shopvanitize.com within 48 hours of receiving it along with your order number and reason for return.
Return Policy
We have a 14 day return policy for non-sale items. Orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it, these items must be returned in the exact same condition as you received them. Original packaging, tag still intact, unused to be eligible for return, items received with makeup or any other mark will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the return process has not been followed and the article will be returned to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are required to cover any applicable shipping cost. The Item is the customer`s responsibility until it is received by us. We are also unable to refund the cost of shipping for your return order.
Sale Items
Article on sale can be returned for an exchange only.
Refund
You will be notified after your order has been received and inspected- and will let you know if your return has been approved.
If your return is approved, the payment will be processed based on your initial payment method (this can take up to three days). Remember, payments to your credit card still depend on your bank/company and can sometimes take up to 10 business days.
Order Changes
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot only be changed or modified, Please be sure to order the right product however we can modify your address and contact details if your order has not been fulfilled. Please contact us at order@shopvanitize.com with your order number to change your shipping information.Â
